We ship via UPS, our rates are determined using UPS 3rd party rates. We do not add a handling fee, we charge you whatever UPS charges us
In some instances packages may be oversized and the shipping charge will be higher than what is shown on your order confirmation. In that event we will contact you and inform you of the new shipping amount and get your approval before shipping your order. If on the other hand, your shipping amount is less than your order confirmation we will change your order to the lower shipping charge.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information, including tracking numbers.
All orders are given the highest priority. We make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours (weekends & holidays excluded).
Your order may delayed if you have items on backorder, out of stock, or if you order more quantity that is currently available. If any of these should occur we will contact you ASAP to provide an ETA (estimated time of arrival).
We currently only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
